HP Recommended Product: HP ProBook 4540s Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)I have an issue with my USB 3.0 ports.
there is an malfunction of usb 3.0 ports. every device connected to those 2 usb ports not recognized.
I ve been tryed to uninstall and reinstall chipest drivers, usb 3.0 drivers but problem remain.
In attached image u can how it looks on device manager.

HP RecommendedI solve this issue finally after a fresh install of OS.
